The U.S. Division of Justice not sealed The corporate is submitting costs in opposition to two males concerned in a $400 million hack into the previous Mt. Gox trade. In accordance with the announcement, 43-year-old Alexei Bilyuchenko and 29-year-old Alexander Werner are suspected of colluding to launder 647,000 bitcoins (BTC) they hacked the trade’s servers and stole from Mt Gox.
Bilyuchenko can also be charged with conspiring to function the BTC-e trade. closed in 2017 as a consequence of suspicion of cash laundering.
